When working with clients struggling with anxiety, I prioritize helping them develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion. I help them understand the underlying beliefs and emotions that contribute to their stress and develop tools and strategies to manage their symptoms and build resilience. My goal is to create a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their anxiety.

As a counselor, my approach is centered on you and your unique needs. I integrate client-centered therapy, which values your autonomy and self-determination, with somatic therapy, which recognizes the connection between the mind and body. Additionally, I use interpersonal neurobiology, which acknowledges the importance of relationships in shaping our brains and overall well-being. Together, these approaches allow us to work collaboratively in a safe and supportive environment to help you achieve your goals. Let's start this journey together!

Finding peace and thriving in this world is open to everyone. When life, our trauma, or even ourselves get in the way of the life we want to live, it can help to have someone come alongside you and help you sort out what is holding you back. The invitation to find peace is open to everyone, inclusive of genders, sexualities, spiritual beliefs, and cultural identities. I will work hard to meet you where you are, honor the journey that has brought you this far and help you find your journey toward your ideal future.
