I have treated individuals across the lifespan with anxiety issues. Where necessary, I favor the use of tried-and-true medications where necessary, and favor those with minimal side effects so that individuals can live worry-free lives.

Depression is all around us; life is not easy, and it is easy to get dragged down by the weight of compounding problems. I have treated many individuals with depression and have lost friends to it. Because of this, I have dedicated myself to its study and keep up-to-date on newest medication and therapy options.

I suffer from ADHD myself and understand just how difficult it is to find a provider who actually understands what it is like, understands the effects of the medication, and understands just how pervasive the issue is.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is the mainstay and cornerstone of good therapy. Therapy appointments can only last so long, and it helps to have a therapist who can remind you of the work you have already done and continue to encourage you onwards.

Relationships take an immense amount of work, and I help individuals and couples with their issues in a non-judgmental fashion. I do not take sides, but help you hear each other.

As a veteran, I understand just how deep and lasting the consequences of trauma are. For my clients, I endeavor to help them move on with their lives to a better tomorrow.
