I work to make clients feel comfortable and connected during therapy which helps them to make the most progress.
My Background and Approach
Imagine not having to go through life everyday feeling worry or dread about an event triggering negative emotions, knowing that you have the skills to handle it. I use a variety of treatments to help clients achieve that goal I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
