Are you a new parents and struggling to maintain? Or are you in a relationship and looking to spice up the bedroom. As a intimacy coach I love having these conversations with people! I want to help you to explore yourself and your partner(s). As a postpartum coach (and new mom) I want to help you adjust to the new life that you are experiencing. As a coaching I think that it is so important to look at the current place where you are and how we move you to the next step in your life.

I offer coaching to help with a multitude of experiences whether it is reigniting the spark in your relationship, or coping with new parenthood. I help you to explore the deepest parts of yourself and find out who you are. I know that life is hard and relationships are hard which is why I invite you to contact me and let me help you navigate life, parenthood, sex and relationships
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that there are so many ways to help people change, some of these methods are unconventional. I want to help clients learn about what is most beneficial to them
