Living a highly sensitive life is its own trauma. I work with highly sensitive or gifted people in order to help them understand how and when to access all of the intense information they're getting from the world.

I work mostly with men who are feeling alone, angry, and ashamed. Most men in our society experience profound isolation and dissatisfaction with their lives, which they think is the way it's "supposed" to be. This couldn't be further from the truth. Our work together addresses these issues so that you can be alive and free. I believe that humans heal through connecting with others and I hope to make that connection with you.

By creating a space where we can say the unsayable couples find that they can work through problems that they haven't been able to on their own.

I help clients understand their role in their family system. Often times people bring that role to other systems in their life such as their marital system, or social system. By processing their role clients are able to decide if they want to continue living in that role, or to grow beyond it.

Humanistic Therapy allows me to create a room without judgement. I am not the expert, the client is the expert. I am simply a safe person where clients can learn their own story.
