My Background and Approach
With my diverse training and experience, we can create a unique and effective plan for you. Integrating mind-body interventions along with traditional talk therapy includes techniques such as mindfulness/meditation practices, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive therapies, self-compassion, and parts work/inner child work.
