About My Clients
As a working wife and mom, I understand the struggles of life. As a military wife, I have great understanding of the challenges that come with this unique lifestyle. I have also worked 3 years as a Mental Health Intern at a local high school. I feel my experience here has provided me with great knowledge and understanding to help today's youth. My life experiences as well as my ability to be non-judgmental and empathetic are what help make me a great therapist.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe throughout life, we are always changing and growing. We can learn to change bad behaviors and how to create good and healthy ones. I believe the beginning of change starts with taking responsibility of your own actions and giving yourself permission to start over. Sometimes we need to take 10 steps back in order to move forward. I can say I have personally experienced this in my own life. I had to dig deep down inside and take ownership of my behavior, forgive myself, and move forward. You can too! I am a huge supporter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention due to the loss of someone close to me to suicide. I don't pretend to know everything, so if there are questions I have about your lifestyle or activities, it is because I am always trying to learn, not because I am judging you. Even if you are not a Dodger fan, I won't judge you. Thank you for making it this far and I look forward to helping you through your journey.
