About My Clients
I love working with creatives, high achievers, and people just embarking on their adult lives to find connection to themselves and what they hope to accomplish. I am passionate about working with young adults, who may be overwhelmed with the stressors of recent or impending college graduation, facing a quarter-life crisis, or general anxiety about transitioning to adulthood.
My Background and Approach
Working in several community agencies gave me the opportunity to meet and work with clients from all areas of life, I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to address what they feel are their biggest triggers and issues, in the process of learning new ways to cope and handle symptoms of anxiety that arise. Many of the related issues can be trauma, professional stress, depression, life transitions, women's issues, and ongoing life stressors. Everyone needs the skills and tools to manage day to day life, its my goal to support people as they identify and develop this skill set.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work hard to create a person-centered approach that nurtures each of my client’s journey to their best selves. I genuinely enjoys helping clients process their unique journey so they can healthily sort it out and move forward. I believe everyone is capable of the kind of personal growth that can change their lives. I work hard to cultivate this in my own life and am aware of the hard work it takes and so am incredibly honored to be a part of someones narrative.
