I have experience working in Community-Based Outpatient and School-Based Settings with a wide age range. I aim to provide a collaborative, genuine, and culturally humble/competent space.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is fluent in English and Spanish. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My approach to therapy is from an eclectic perspective to tailor each unique need while using Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused techniques amongst others. I believe in helping foster and implementing coping strategies to navigate through life’s hardships and promote positive life changes.
