We work with a variety of presenting issues and integrate evidence-based treatment modalities into my practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also provide parent coaching, which is particularly helpful when children and teens aren’t ready for treatment.
