I believe that each person has the ability to create their own meaning in life, and I am passionate about helping my clients uncover their unique purpose and potential. Together, we will work to address any limiting beliefs or patterns, as well as examine how past experiences and cultural factors have shaped your worldview and prevented you from living a more fulfilling life. In our work together, I invite you to speak candidly and explore your dreams and desires outside the bounds of rigid binaries and external expectations, without fear of criticism or rejection. Although opening up at times may feel difficult, in doing so many experience an even greater sense of relief and fulfillment. Finding a therapist you can trust to accept your whole, complex being can be key to feeling supported in bringing your life and relationships to a new level. I would be honored to be the therapist to support you on your journey towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

In therapy I learned to not only accept but embrace the ways I fall outside the margins. I learned the way I question beliefs and values often taken for granted is not only welcome but necessary. I learned that if I do not speak up for myself, a vital voice of nuance (as everyone has the potential to be) is lost. I became a therapist because I want to support others to share their infinite complexities courageously, so that we might learn more from one another in doing so.
