About My Clients

My passion lies in supporting those of all ages and identity backgrounds who are interested in self exploration and discovery. I have worked in sexual/reproductive healthcare and as a birth and postpartum doula which catalyzed my interest in supporting those undergoing transformational vulnerability regarding their sexuality, gender, pain, pleasure, and life transitions. I enjoy working with those who live (or wish to live) outside the box and those who bravely explore the human condition.

My Background and Approach

I practice from a trauma informed, anti-racist, intersectional feminist, sex-positive, queer affirming, spiritual and social justice-oriented standpoint. I specialize in spiritual and depth psychology and utilize a multi-theoretical framework that incorporates feminist, humanistic, existential, somatic, internal family systems, mindfulness, gestalt, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches. I also utilize creative expression, nervous-system informed, dreamwork, archetypal exploration, and eco-therapy. I acquired my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology and hold an undergraduate degree in Women and Gender Studies from Loyola Marymount University. I live on unceded Gabrielino/Tongva land (Los Angeles, CA), identifying as queer, cisgender, and of white European/Mexican descent. I am dedicated to examining my privilege and the power dynamics in the room.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am dedicated to challenging patriarchal-colonial-capitalist systems that have oppressed the minds, bodies and spirits of my clients and the collective community. Understanding how the “personal is political” and how psychological challenges are rooted in systemic oppression is central to my work. I am passionate about working with those of all ages and identity backgrounds who are interested in self exploration and discovery. My goal is to guide and support you through the alchemical processes of healing and transformation as you live your freest and most authentic life.
