My Background and Approach
My goal is to empathetically and collaboratively work with you to move through the pain you are experiencing. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults learn how to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, as well as other concerns, so that they are able to live happier, more fulfilling lives. I believe in integrating your current strengths into the therapeutic process. I also believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationships. I graduated with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wyoming in 2013 and have been independently licensed to practice since 2015. I am actively licensed in Montana and Illinois with Wyoming licensure pending. I use modalities of ACT, CBT, and DBT, while incorporating a humanistic and person-centered approaches.
