We will highlight the underlying mechanisms that have come to make you, you. You will learn more about what brings you meaning in your life and you will feel an increased sense of purpose. Whether your concerns come from the daily stress of work and relationships or from long-term narratives about family dynamics or your identity, in our work together you will start to become a more comfortable you. It takes bravery and courage to walk through life as we are, and I aim to foster a foundation of trust to help you to keep taking these steps.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As queer people, we are often seeking acceptance and validation for who we are. We can experience this search as shame, loneliness, confusion, and discomfort in our bodies. We have only just begun to build a society where we truly feel safe, seen, and heard. I aim to provide a comfortable and secure space for you to peek out from the isolation and release the pressures of your life at your own pace. We will work together to help you discover a new relationship with yourself and bring about sustainable, lasting change.
