About My Clients

My Background and Approach
My background is working with many individuals from various parts of this world. I have worked in an inpatient substance use facility, with offenders on probation and those who are incarcerated, victims of various crimes, first responders and much more. I am passionate about helping those suffering from pain, whether your loved ones know it's there or not by helping you create your own treatment plan on what will work for you out of several therapy modules. If something isn't quite working for you, be upfront with me and we will try something new until we figure it out!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that if you don't try more than you would like which is outside your comfort zone, then you won't get the results you truly want for yourself because you might be too scared or not as invested in your therapy. I know that when it comes to therapy, I was skeptical and that's why I continued to choose this path for my life to help those who struggle with reaching out to someone and know that's exactly how I felt when I was in their shoes. There is no shame in asking for help or learning skills to improve your mental health and I want to join you in your healing process.
