About My Clients

I provide an open and supportive space for you to talk and work through all of life's challenges while feeling seen, heard, and valued. I believe in your innate capacity to heal and that you are the expert of your own experience, but that you likely need a bit of help in setting a plan in motion for achieving your goals and building the life that you want to lead. Let us work together to build this future self.

My Background and Approach

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Brown University and my Master’s Degree from Columbia School of Social Work, where I was a participant in the Office of Mental Health and Dean’s Consortium of Evidence-Based Practices. I have received additional certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Assertive Community Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Complicated Grief Therapy, as well as in The Center for Practice Innovation's IMPACT OCD, preparED Eating Disorders, and LGBTQ+ curricula. I am a sex work(er) positive, LGBTQIA+, kinky, and poly affirming therapist who uses an eclectic treatment approach tailored to your unique experience. Using a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, I aim to work collaboratively with my clients towards healing. I hope to foster a sense of safety, respect, and openness in the therapeutic space. It is through this work and deep human connection that you can build your most authentic and fulfilling life possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have had a lifelong passion for sexual health and believe it can be an integral part of our well-being, and should therefore be treated as such. In addition to the myriad of other challenges that my clients may face, I hope to help people surmount any obstacles to engaging in the sex they want to have, whether that be due to anxiety or depression, body image or self-esteem issues, challenges with relationships or desire, questions of LGBTQIA+ or kinky identity, or sexual difficulties after trauma or STI diagnosis. My goal is to help clients overcome the taboo of talking about sex and sexuality, to free themselves from the sexual shame and stigma that is inherent in our society, and to aid people in finding pleasure in themselves, their bodies, and each other.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
