About My Clients
My clients are ready for change after being stuck in anxious or negative thought patterns. You might have a new "problem" with gambling, alcohol or some other substance or behavior as you are transitioning from family home to work or from work to retirement. Change can be off putting. We can address and learn to embrace change.
My Background and Approach
Alicia Brandt has worked in residential, IOP and detox facilities for chemical and behavioral addiction as clinical director, clinical supervisor, therapist, counselor and trainee. She continues to get training and supervision from experts in the field of mental health and addiction. Trained in EMDR, Gottman 1 and Solution Focus.
