My goal as your therapist is to provide you with a safe environment where you will feel heard. I will work with you in finding balance and alternative solutions to challenges you are facing. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide support in treating issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, everyday stress, trauma, and relational difficulties.
