About My Clients
I work with clients ages 3+ of all abilities and conditions. Some of my specialty areas include: Autism, brain Injury, legal Issues, motor delays, mental health, behavioral health, substance abuse, social challenges, sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, and transitions to adulthood.
My Background and Approach
I earned a B.S Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master's of Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. I have an extensive history working as a nanny. I am passionate about working with people and helping them realize their highest self. I truly enjoy assisting clients reach their personal aspirations, and guiding them towards living a more rich and fulfilled life. I love the flexibility and creativity that my therapy promotes. In my free time I love camping, live music, yoga, dancing, hiking, learning, laughing, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and my two kitties. As an occupational therapist, I help others live a more meaningful life by facilitating their ability to engage in all necessary and desired activities of day to day living. Therapy includes taking time getting to know my clients, seeking to understand their personal strengths, challenges, needs, and aspirations.
