Believing you are the expert in your life my hope is to act as a beacon of light on a path that sometimes goes dark. I hope to help you work towards recovery and healing. My success in treatmemt stems from my approach which is straight forward and solution-focused to help you move forward rather than staying stuck in the challenge areas. In Harry Potter, Prisoner of Azkaban, Dumbledore says ‘Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light".
