My Background and Approach
My style is authentic, compassionate and active. I am a queer Licenced Clinical Social worker based in Portland Oregon. I tailor my sessions to the client before me, addressing their unique needs and goals by integrating mindfulness based treatment modalities with trauma informed and harm reduction approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our mental health is impacted by the world around us and I fundamentally believe that we all carry with us the impacts of our unique identities and positionalities, our families of origin as well as our found families, our experiences of joy as well as our experiences of trauma and oppression.
