About My Clients
You’re someone who strives to be the best version of yourself but struggles to know how to get there. This might present as anxiety, depression, anger, unprocessed trauma, or low self-esteem. You may need help with processing emotions or learning healthy coping techniques. Within the context of a compassionate space, you can gain tools for emotional regulation, increased insight, and self compassion.
My Background and Approach
I’m an associate professional clinical counselor that specializes in relationship counseling, treating men's issues, and providing LGBTQIA+ competent psychotherapy. Using a combination of ACT, CBT, and Feminist theories, I provide a safe space for you to explore how to strengthen your sense of self and your intimate relationships, enabling you to heal and grow authentically. My approach is supportive and direct with an emphasis on your needs, values, and experiences. I offer compassionate support to individuals and couples facing relationship difficulties, adjusting to challenging life transitions, struggling with self-confidence, or hoping to improve mental well-being. My goal is to guide you to understand, accept, and express your emotions by gaining personal insight, improving relationships, and exploring life’s concerns, conflicts, and contradictions.
