I work with people dealing with a multitude of issues, especially anxiety and trauma. I specialize in addressing relationship issues, childhood trauma, managing transitions, and stress management. There is no problem too small to talk about.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide you with a warm and safe space to unload. I’m an interactive therapist, but also can adapt and be a sounding board if you need space to process. I integrate different therapeutic approaches and use what fits you best, whether it’s mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, or tapping, etc.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
What therapy looks like can be different for everyone. Some use therapy as a place to heal, some to work through a problem, and others come to therapy to have a place to be heard. Starting therapy, whether it’s your first time or 12th time, can be intimidating. It takes courage to reach out and I hope I can support you in reaching your goals.
