About My Clients
Amanda is passionate about working with military members and their families navigating life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, family & relationship conflict, and military stressors. She works with adults individually and as couples.
My Background and Approach
Amanda has been a part of the military community for over 25 years as a military child and spouse. She has experienced the complexities of the military lifestyle and has a heart for military members and their families. Amanda gravitates towards Cognitive behavioral therapy, which looks at how thoughts influence behavior and feelings. Change the way we think about our circumstances, ourselves, and the world around us, the goal is to work towards transforming thought patterns and behaviors. Education and self-awareness is also incorporated to develop positive coping skills and growth.
