I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Colorado and Alabama, and a Certified Eating Disorder therapist and supervisor (CEDS-S) with over 13 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals and their families, particularly in higher levels of care for eating disorders. It's my passion to support you on your courageous journey towards lasting recovery. I believe in the possibility of true and sustainable healing. My approach emphasizes symptom management for relief, paving the way to address the root causes behind your eating disorder. I'm also trained in trauma-specific modalities like EMDR and Safe and Sound Protocol.
