About My Clients
I've worked with children & adults on an inpatient psychiatric & outpatient mental health clinic, along with medically ill children in long term pediatric care. I specialize in working with artists, musicians, actors, dancers and other creative minded individuals experiencing creative blocks and life style challenges. My goal is to empower each individual to better understand and manage their own challenges, develop more effective coping skills and improve social and emotional functioning.
My Background and Approach
Our group behavioral health practice integrates the creative process, cbt, mindfulness skills, along with verbal psychotherapy to help you define concrete goals, gather insight, and develop new coping skills.

My approach is non-judgmental & supportive. We will work together to understand the root of your challenges as well as create positive change so you can find relief from your symptoms. I am considered an Out of Network provider for a number of insurances such as: Cigna, BC/BS & Aetna. As a courtesy our billing team is happy to assist New York & New Jersey clients with billing OON claims directly to your insurance carrier in order to utilize your insurance benefits and reduce any out of pocket costs.
