About My Clients
I provide individual and group counseling for ages 17+ for clients navigating anxiety, depression, transitions, relational challenges, identity, trauma, and academic/ career challenges. I am LGBTQ+, disability, and neurodivergence affirming, and love working with clients who hold these identities. I am currently providing online therapy, with options for in person and outdoor sessions (in Snoqualmie, WA) opening up in March 2023.
My Background and Approach
I work from an intersectional feminist and person-centered foundation, and integrate somatic, polyvagal, mindfulness, and eco-therapy approaches. I hold a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle and a certificate in Ecopsychology from Lewis and Clark College.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I bring a shame-free, strengths-based, and anti-oppression lens to my work. My background in environmental and anti-bias work has informed my counseling identity and passion for equitable, accessible, and culturally sensitive mental health care.
