I am gentle, compassionate, direct, and willing to challenge you toward growth when necessary. We’ll first work together to get a very clear understanding of how you got to where you are, identify the challenges you face, and finally we’ll build workable strategies to overcome these challenges. Together, we’ll make sure you have the skills, tools and techniques necessary to feel more at peace.
