Welcome! I offer therapy and assessment for children, teens, and young adults who are facing a variety of struggles and are looking to take steps towards improving their quality of life. My areas of focus include youth and young adults who are facing depression, anxiety, and school/life stressors; youth and young adults who consider themselves neurodiverse (ADHD/Autism); as well as women in the trying to conceive/pregnancy/postpartum journey. My Background and Approach
I take a strengths based, solution focused approach. Meeting you where you're at, we will utilize strategies to help improve your quality of life. I will also be a safe place to unload whatever feels heavy in the moment. When working with children I ensure to include families and schools as needed. I view my approach as collaborative, warm, and empowering.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value diversity in all meanings of this word - racial, sexual, neurological, ability, as just a start. I think it is incredibly important to incorporate this into practice when working with people and I plan to ensure I am always taking an open perspective when working with you.
