About My Clients
I specialize in working with humans who are exploring and/or are engaged in alternative models and experiences of sexuality, including BDSM, kink, polyamory and consensual non monogamy spectrum. I work closely with individuals and couples to achieve their unique vision of a satisfying life and healthy relationships, allowing you to move through the world with ease and fulfillment. I also work with folks struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy includes integrative approaches such as cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness interpersonal therapy, and motivational interviewing. I do not take the lead and drag folks toward change if they are unwilling. I meet folks where they’re at, however, I am committed to working with those who are focused, motivated and invested in change. You are the expert on you. You define your own goals and transformation. I help only to guide and facilitate that process. I would be honored to walk beside you and cheer you on throughout your journey. To facilitate and hold space for self-exploration and personal growth. To hold you accountable and challenge you to reach your highest potential.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about self-care and personal growth. I have a deep connection and calling to work with other healers including other therapists. I also specialize in working with women and mothers and am passionate about helping Moms find their definition of balance.
