My approach is always from a place of curiosity, never judgment. I ask questions to better understand and make sure I truly know your perspective. I meet you exactly where you are at, walking alongside you. I work with you in feeling safe as you explore the challenges and/or uncomfortable feelings and experiences that are difficult to parse through. I'll gently nudge at the places that may need further exploration, but never force you to go somewhere you feel you are not ready. However, I will also be direct, interactive, and dynamic in sessions as I'm not just sitting back, but in this with you. We'll laugh, cry, yell, smile, feel, and heal through it. I'm committed to provide psychological support as you uncover insight into your past experiences, traumas, and hardships as well as current ones.
