Over the past 15 years, I have had experience working with a diverse population including children and families, students, millennials, teens in the juvenile justice system and adults. I strive to serve each client with compassion, authenticity, professionalism and integrity!

These experiences lead to shifts in my own life and prepared me for my journey as a helper.
