About My Clients
Various needs and issues bring clients in, including feelings of loneliness or stuckness, sadness, relationship distress, anxiety, or challenges in the way they see and relate to themselves. They seek more meaning in their life, in their relationships, and in their actions. They are looking for a change in their life that they may not be able to articulate just yet. Though perhaps unclear to start, they are looking for an evolution of the heart, mind, and soul.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community using an affirming and multicultural approach. Whether your goals are related to gender identity/sexuality or not, I see you and I'm here for you. I also specialize in personal growth. In my approach, I see healing and growth as one and the same and use spirituality as the framework for enacting that growth. My hope for clients is always to help them meet their needs, but it is also my intention to gift them with more curiosity, authenticity, and self-love. There is an immense potential inside you waiting to be discovered and brought to life one conscious choice at a time.
