About My Clients

As a therapist, I pride myself in my ability to connect and build trusting relationships with my clients. It is my goal to create a supportive environment where you can feel free to express yourself in your own way. I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and families to find better ways forward. I believe that one of the hardest things in life is to love yourself, and before you can begin to do that you have to learn to accept yourself.

My Background and Approach

Let’s face it, life is not easy nor is it black and white. One of the most common issues at the heart of relationships is a fear of abandonment. Where did we learn that? It didn’t get there by itself. Together we can heal the past and learn to build healthy relationships and set appropriate boundaries that allow us to reach our fullest potential. I have been a school-based therapist, a community clinic therapist, and currently work full-time as a primary therapist at a residential mental health treatment center for adults. I use a mix of the following in my approach: Psychodynamic, Attachment, Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Mindfulness-based Therapies. We will take a look at the past to move forward today. Please reach out now and we can begin your journey of self-discovery and healing that will propel you into a more meaningful and fulfilling phase of your life.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
