I provide individual therapy to clients of all ages (children, teens and adults). My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, school refusal, disruptive behavioral problems, ADHD, chronic medical problems (e.g., fibromyalgia, functional abdominal pain, migraines, pain secondary to cancer, etc.), obesity, conversion disorder, and psychogenic seizures.

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, neuropsychological sciences, & mindfulness-based practices to address your problems, while taking into consideration your unique background and experiences. I also provide biofeedback training, which are techniques to help you control your body's functions to improve physical & mental health.
