I work with adolescents and adults specializing in anxiety, depression, personality disorders, communication, boundary setting, and trauma informed care.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health field since 2014, with experience in outpatient, inpatient and partial hospitalization. I have experience using several different modalities and utilize them according to my client's specific needs. I use interventions from CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy. I pride myself in creating a safe, empathetic, and non- judgmental space for my clients. I am well-rounded in my experience and look forward to meeting with you!
