Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) examines the relationship between emotions, thoughts/beliefs/attitudes, and behavior. I specialize in using CBT to identify negative thought patterns and reframe these negative patterns to more desirable, positive patterns to alleviate depressive and anxious symptoms.

I specialize in coaching to help my clients achieve their goals by breaking them down into smaller, attainable goals to do the things they need to do and want to do. Occupational therapists are masters in analyzing an activity or task by holistically looking at a person's strengths, habits, routines, physical environment, and the activity demands. A variety of goals include: work/school management, stress and health management, home management, and personal growth and development.

Solution focused brief therapy is a goal-directed, future-oriented, collaborative therapeutic approach to help clients focus on solutions rather than the problems. I specialize in solution focused brief therapy to incorporate my client's strengths into the therapeutic process and empower them to make tangible, positive changes in their lives.
