I have worked with adults and adolescents in residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs treating eating disorders. In my work, I focused on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disordered eating behaviors and patterns, and negative body image. I take an integrative therapeutic approach, tailoring our work to what is right for you. While my education was based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have a strength-based approach, using aspects of narrative therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and holistic therapy. I am also completing additional training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.
I was born in Russia and grew up near Seattle. I completed my bachelor's degree at UW. Afterwards, I moved to San Francisco where I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology, with a dual focus in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from the University of San Francisco.
