I have experience in helping families and clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, & depression. My experience also holds many years in helping teens navigate their path to independence which at times can be exciting and challenging. The majority of my clients suffer from anxiety and depression. My goal for clients to get to a place where they feel better equipped to cope with life's challenges. I am direct and solution focused. I can assist in helping you learn skills to address anxiety that is taking over. I start with working with clients with what is going on in the moment and building upon their needs. I will offer mindfulness strategies to assist with anxiety.
