About My Clients
Do you feel like your life is out of sync or you can't silence that inner critic? You may be struggling to keep everything together, but you're exhausted & overhwelmed. Do you want to figure out what’s holding you back, so that you can move forward? Are you open to trying new ideas to help you build the life you want to lead? My Background and Approach
Having worked in community mental health and the school system has provided me the opportunity to see the challenges one can face on their own and in their families and relationships. I have also become aware of the challenges women cope with on at many different stages in their lives and am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive therapeutic experience. I use a mix of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am a Brainspotting Practitioner. I believe that each client is unique and I tailor each session to the individual needs presented. We will work collaboratively to address the anxieties, anger and sadness that you may be experiencing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is possible for everyone and having the right support is most important. Learning how to navigate through life events and change is an evolving process and choosing who to confide in is an essential part of this. I am that person to help guide you through your journey towards change. We all experience different phases of life, transitions, the need to adjust, heal or connect, and along this continuum, we encounter expected and unexpected events. I believe that you have life's answers within you and it's your readiness and willingness to explore these new areas that will help uncover the resolutions that you're looking for.
