About My Clients
Whenever you are ready, you can come, and together we can co-create a space of growth, exploration, and discovery. In my practice, I often work with teens and young adults who are having difficulties navigating through their relationships with their family, the world, and most importantly themselves. These feelings of being lost can cause us to feel anxious, sad, lonely, and angry which makes it hard for us to get a good night's rest or focus on our work.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, I understand that many scary and dark feelings may arise; therefore I strive to hold space that is safe, warm, healing, and restorative. I incorporate laughter and positivity while drawing upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. My focus starts with you and from there we can take the time to understand the influences in your life that have led you up to where you are now. Together we will discuss and learn coping skills, tools, and new behavior patterns that help you live your life confidently as the person that you truly are.
