I specialize in Men's Issues and Christian Counseling. All my services are through online teletherapy.
My Background and Approach
I maintain a balance between spirituality and mind. Too many times I have witnessed the harm of those that take extreme approaches. I strive to be “real” with the client and meet them where they are. I use plain language and simple examples. I encourage the client to be themselves and not put a “front.” With that said, I do not wear literal or figurative suits into sessions. Being that I have gone through an interesting life, I try my best to identify with your situation. I will walk right beside you, wherever you are, in a non-judgmental and supporting way. Throughout college, I worked with mental health clients in supported housing. Before becoming a Psychotherapist, I was a university administrator who led a multicultural leadership program. It was there that God showed me the ability and desire to lead young men. In the past, I have served both as a youth and college minister.
