Life in 2022 is a big ball of stress for many, and I enjoy looking at those stressors and developing a personalized "tool box" of strategies for coping and stabilizing in today's crazy world. We often feel that our bodies are working against us (panic, anxiety, etc.), but I take a unique approach of really listening to the body to figure out next steps and fresh ways to calm. Healthy tools and perspectives help us let go of unhealthy, self-defeating behaviors or addictions. Incorporating some humor and laughter along the way makes this an enjoyable, collaborative process.
