My goal is to support you through difficult moments, explore how the past impacts you today, strengthen your relationships, and build awareness and understanding of your emotions—using empathy, humor, and compassion. I hope to foster self-love, clarity, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I practice using a variety of approaches, including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
