Your mind is racing with negative thoughts. You ask yourself, “Is this ever going to end? Will I ever get better?” You may feel helpless.

I can help you get there. With my Master’s in Counseling from NSU, I've worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, & relationship issues. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and a solution-focused approach to help you change your negative thought patterns & achieve your goals. Let’s work together and get the life you deserve.
