Many of us have the desire to be truly listened to, seen, and deeply understood. I believe all of us have the answers within ourselves and our unique experiences, and sometimes we just need a little help from someone else to help us discover them. I love working with individuals, teens, and couples of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender expressions.

I support my clients through empathic listening, validation, and gently challenging you when the time is right. I take an intuitive approach to therapy, adapting my technique to meet your specific needs and help guide you to grow in the ways that are most important to you. I will work with you to navigate patterns that are no longer serving you and to understand things that are getting in the way of living your happiest, most authentic life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in exploring issues from a social justice and feminist lens. I feel it is critical to consider the part social barriers, disadvantages, and challenges we experience play as we explore our own self-work.
