About My Clients
Over time, you can get stuck in patterns that once helped you to deal with difficult situations, but that are no longer serving you well. You want to explore your story, understand the relational patterns that have emerged in your life, and start forming new patterns that are in line with your hopes for the future.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. I am a trauma-informed holistic therapist that takes a collaborative approach to therapy, honoring the expertise that my clients have on their own experiences. I primarily draw from Attachment Theory and neurobiology as I believe that our bodies, brains, and relationships interact to create our experiences. My work is also informed by the Health at Every Size (HAES) model.
