About My Clients
My clients wake up feeling empty inside without purpose for life. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, lacking purpose, depressed, anxious and struggling with low self-worth. I serve these individuals by helping them discover purpose for their life while teaching healthy coping skills and psycho-education.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy integrating spirituality into my therapeutic practice with my client’s consent. I found that using CBT, strength-based therapy, and spirituality have been very effective at helping my clients find purpose, manage their mental health symptoms and discover what they're missing. My goal is to help clients learn new coping skills and identify their inner strength that will help them manage their symptoms to serve them beyond therapy. Together we can draw closer to finding your purpose in life, developing poise, and achieving peace by using a variety of therapeutic methods.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Often times we can not change things around us or what happens to us, but we can change our perspective. I believe there is power in positivity. You can look at the glass half empty or half full. The power is yours. I teach individuals how to train their mind and to have a positive outlook on life which includes an alternative perspective.
