Hi everyone, my name is Ashley! My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate the peaks and valleys of life.

As humans, we long to connect with others. Often our ability to do so within intimate relationships is hindered by current and/or historical patterns of interaction cultivated by pain, trauma, fear, and often times a lack of safety in relationships. As a couple’s therapist, I believe in holding a space of safety informed by attachment theory that allows couples to heal by building a secure attachment through effective communication and vulnerability.
All clients come in with their own personality, strengths, struggles, and differing walks of life. In order to match this, I operate from a person-centered approach and emphasize each individual’s strengths to empower and challenge them to grow and define their own successes in order to live a more wholehearted life.
The adolescent development period brings many obstacles to the individual and the family that can be challenging to navigate. During this exciting, yet trying stage of development, parent involvement is crucial. I fully believe in the healing power of systems based family therapy and work to hold a space that allows families to connect with and understand one another.
