My Background and Approach
I use a holistic approach that focuses on the client's mind, body and spirit. I offer Jungian dream work to those interested. I use evidenced based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I work with adolescence and adults and tailor therapy for each client's individual needs.
